Dr. Lily Warner, Licensed Psychologist & Founder

Welcome! With over 16 years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping individuals in their 20s, 30s, and 40s improve mood, relationships, and navigate life transitions so that they can experience more fulfilling lives.

As a Licensed Psychologist, I draw from an integrative, evidence-based approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness practices, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to treat concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment difficulties and relationship or career-related stress.

I obtained my Doctorate in Psychology from Adelphi University and Masters in Art Therapy from Pratt Institute. My experience includes research coordination at Depression Evaluation Services at New York-Presbyterian Hospital (the primary teaching hospital for Weill Cornell Medicine at Cornell University and Columbia University), providing inpatient psychiatric treatment at Montefiore Medical Center (the primary teaching hospital for Albert Einstein College of Medicine), presenting at conferences internationally, and supervising clinicians and graduate level interns in mental health treatment.

Psychotherapy offers a space to strengthen what’s working in your life and release what’s holding you back. You don’t have to manage these challenges on your own. Reach out today.
